We have been retained by one of Ireland’s largest provider of high-performance blister tooling change parts for the pharmaceutical industry to recruit a CNC Machine Operator and a CNC Grinder Operator to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

– Reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

– Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

– Set machines to complete full cycles

– Supervise the machines and make any necessary adjustments

– Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements

– Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality (TPM)

– Achieve agreed targets and KPIs

– Maintain safe operations by adhering to all safety procedures

– 3 cycle shift work

Uvjeti

– Proven experience as CNC operator

– Programming experience using G-Codes and M-Codes

– Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

– Experience in operation/setting Hitachi, Doosan, Mazak, Hurco or Mori Seiki Mills

– Knowledge of controllers desired: FANUC, SIEMENS and Heidenheim

– Experience in one off/ prototyping environment.

– Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

– Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM

– Mechanical aptitude and good math skills

– Good knowledge of English language

– The employer can provide employment only to candidates with EU citizenship.

Što nudimo

– Full-time role, Irish contract

– Salary: €16 – €24 gross per hour, depending on experience

– Quarterly Bonus (€500 per quarter if targets achieved)
