For our Client, I am looking for:
Sales Representative for B2B customers (m/f).
Territory covered 100% Croatia + missions in the Balkans and Europe.
Responsibilities:
– Objective: Develop B2B lubricant income and profit. Achieve targets defined by the country manager
– Strategy: Study Croatian lubricant market with a focus on B2B customers. Define the best option to develop TotalEnergies market share by prioritization of industrial channel and road to market. Propose action plan and KPI associated.
– Business development: In line with the strategy, Increase the sales of lubricants in Croatia associated to B2B customers
– By market develop lubricant and services offers with optimization between distributors and direct sales
– With Country manager, create and apply the TotalEnergies pricing policy
– Providing marketing and technical support to customers as well as trainings
– Execute promotional activities in the territory after Marketing responsible/ hierarchy approval
– Participate to fairs/events
– Manage financial negotiation = credit terms, balance payment, credit limit, bank guarantee
– Reporting and communication: weekly report on statistic data on sales, clients, feedback of their market and visit reports using corporate IT tools = Microsoft 365 apps / SalesForce (Salsa)
– With Country manager, edit and present the business review and performance review of his channel
– Respects HSSE rules, the code of conduct, the ethic chart of the company, apply the internal procedures and the economic sanctions for all customers
Uvjeti
Requirements:
– 10 years in B2B industrial company and/or 3 – 10 years in lubricants B2B company
– Technical background / process / mechanics / chemicals
– Fluent English language in speaking and writing
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Driving licence B category
